GET. GOOD. SLEEP. Workshop

A group coaching workshop to improve your sleep and overall wellbeing so you can feel your best. Whether you’ve always struggled or are having sleep issues for the first time in your life—build sleep skills that will serve you for life.

The 5 week workshop will be taught in early 2026 by Holistic Health Coach and Anxiety Recovery Mentor, Annie Kubena. Annie will distill down her years of study on sleep and insomnia, and decades of trial and error, to share with you proven methods for better sleep and a more regulated nervous system. We'll focus on practical, grounded skills, not elaborate sleep routines that cause more anxiety and obsessing.
