What’s the Process?

LISTEN: I get to know you, your story and the nervous system states you live in day to day.

EMPOWER: Find tools to start interrupting patterns that are keeping you stuck and in a battle with fear, symptoms and pain. Daily capacity building through an individualized regulation routine.

EXAMINE: Identify if any traumas, limiting beliefs or generational burdens under the surface.

EXCAVATE: Identify if we can work through trauma / limiting beliefs safely together (I use parts journaling, EFT tapping and integrative somatic parts work) or if we need help from a trauma therapist.

RESTORE: Self-generate a felt sense of safety, ignite meaning, purpose and trust in life and if appropriate, a spiritual connection.

RELEASE: At this point we can work together as needed or I set you free to live your life with the toolbox we built together.
